Translate this opinion into English.

The bus ride was fine, but when I went to exchange my ticket using the Waylet card I'd downloaded, they told me it wasn't valid and that they needed the QR code, even though the card had my reservation number on it. I think they should provide more information to the staff or improve their system by adding the QR code functionality to the Waylet card. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

A great way to explore the area around Naples (Line B). Good access to various locations in and around Naples. Good sun protection on the upper platform. The explanations are a bit basic and partially inconsistent with the places described. Opinion translated. Show original.

Old bus; due to roadworks, the stops don't coincide and no one warned. The blue one isn't interesting at all, nor is the red one. Naples smells of carbon dioxide; the city is dirty. The worst of all the trips I've taken with Civitatis.

Translate this opinion into English.

Taking the bus was very convenient; we traveled around the city comfortably and listened to interesting facts about the most important landmarks. For those of us with limited time, it's a great way to explore the city. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was great. The tour helps you see many places in Naples that you might not have time to see in just a few days. The only downside, for me, was that they made us get off the bus after we'd completed the entire tour. That's not the case in other cities. Opinion translated. Show original.

Bellissima esperienza. Translate this opinion into English.

A wonderful experience. An additional note: perhaps it would be more helpful if the information leaflet with the stops were provided with the headphones and if the different stops were indicated. Opinion translated. Show original.
